The flagship started journey in 1970 under visionary leadership of Late Shri Santramdas Varma, former chairman, who has the ability to anticipate which area will explore the real-estate market in future. Mr. Tarun Varma, the current MD, visualized of creating a future in the real-estate industry and that led to the birth of the Swagat Group.

Mr. Tarun Varma the current CMD has been associated with the company since its inception as founder of Swagat Group. His technical expertise, excellent knowledge and extensive cross functional proficiency have led to the unprecedented growth of Swagat Group. He is responsible for the overall working of the Company and is instrumental in making strategic decisions for the Company. He continues to raise the bar in real estate development where residences, retail and commercial centers, work spaces all come together. Under the dynamic leadership of Mr. Tarun Varma, Swagat Group has led to creation of various landmark projects. Each project is made with innovation, exclusivity, and unparalleled quality.

Other two dedicated directors Mr. Gaurav Varma and Mr. Mrunal Varma who are personally involved in every project that Swagat Group develops.
